CANCELLATION

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation must be notified writing email  to the Administration office of the Organizing Secretariat :   amministrazione@eventuallyevents.it 

• REFUND POLICY:
• Until  1 June 2026 Full FEE will be refunded
• From 2 June 2026 to 30 June 2026: Refund of 50% of the fees paid
• From 1 July 2026: No refund will be processed

INVOICE
The registration fee can be invoiced to the individual participant or to the University/Company.
Please take note of the following in order to correctly fill out the online form:

A)    Invoice to individual participant:

•        Residential/private address and, if possible, also the tax code 
•        For Italians the tax code (CODICE FISCALE) or VAT number (PARTITA IVA) is MANDATORY

B)    Invoice to University/Company:

•        University/Company address
•        Is MANDATORY the tax code (P.IVA – VAT Number) of the University/Company
•        For Italians University/Company the SDI/CODICE UNIVOCO is MANDATORY for electronic invoicing(according to the Italian Fiscal Law)

CONFIRMATION 
eventually will send a confirmation by email to each participant upon receipt of payment.
